He was also a Founding Member and Principal of Resco Self Storage, which developed facilities exclusively for Shurgard Storage Centers (acquired by Public Storage in 2006). Previously, as President and COO of Johnson Wax Development Corporation, he led the restructuring and liquidation of a $900 million real estate portfolio, which included 1,500 apartments, 2 million sq. ft. of office space, and various retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties across Arizona, California, and Washington.Mark graduated from the University of Notre Dame, holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, and serves as a board member of Arizona State University’s Center for Design Excellence.
